Spoke to the driver. Said she knew she was in a disabled car park and said she could move a foot further over, but then didn't when she saw she'd be blocking the car park entrance even further. So she wasn't in a car park spot. Just trying to invent one by taking up some of the ONLY mobility park. Guess only thin disabled people on motorbikes are allowed. Photo doesn't show the car to the left of the car park so there isn't room for a car in the mobility car park. Photo does show she is parked over the yellow lines.

The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said:
"If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.

By that i mean they have few issues pushing around large food carts.
