Woman at the wheel. Man got back to the car with two bags of groceries as I was taking the photo. He asked "Do you have a problem?", quite aggressively. I said "Yes, you are parked in a disability space without a permit". The woman yelled "Everybody does it". I suggested that because everyone else does it, it isn't right, nor legal. A passerby addressed them both and told them I was right.

The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said:
"If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.

By that i mean they have few issues pushing around large food carts.
