After I took the photo, the driver got out of her car and said "Excuse me, what did you just do?". I explained I took a photo of her car parked illegally without a parking permit. She got upset with me. In the meantime, a woman in another car, displaying a parking permit, was waiting for them to move out of the space. She saw me take the picture and gave me a great big smile and a thumbs up.

The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said:
"If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.
