Poster's note: May I also state that in addition to someone being always illegally parked here, the placement of these spaces suck. The driver exits the car nearly in the path of oncoming traffic on the main road through town. Idiotic.

The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said:
"If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.

By that i mean they have few issues pushing around large food carts.

Yes, and none of that will change until the "powers that be" have someone in their families affected.
AND if the wheelchair user is on the passenger's side, they can't get out of the car! Sheesh.
