I saw three cars during my short shopping trip occupying disabled spaces and not displaying a disabled parking badge. This is the first of the three. Apologies in advance, I'm not that good at make/models of cars and only recognised one of the car make badges. Also, I didn't realise bay markings were required so I'm afraid I might have neglected them as I was concerned with getting a clear picture of the registration plates. Next time though, I'll do it right!

The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said:
"If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.

I may not buy more in one go, but I guarantee you I spend as much, if not more, than the average punter does in a week.

Well done to you.
Every time I go to Teesside Park, which is almost every weekend I see people abusing the Disabled and Mother and baby parking. Are people really that ignorant, lazy and selfish in Teesside or does it happen everywhere?
It warrant's a full time member of staff giving out tickets or wheel clamping, hit them where it hurts and they'll think twice before doing it again.
Again well done for doing your bit.
thank you very much this is my car and now i am going to sue because of this web page my car was vandalised and had your website spray painted on it you will be receiving the a letter with the full cost of repairs shortly i hope your happy now.
Dear Mr. Oliver. We regret that you were the victim of vandalism. We hope you reported the offense to the local police. Caughtya.org has no control over people's action (if we did, there would not be so much abuse of disability parking spaces), and we do not condone, nor encourage illegal acts. http://caughtya.org/about/ clearly states that people should behave in legal, non-harrassing, legal, non-violent manner. The only illegal activity depicted on Caughtya.org is that of people parking in mobility parking spaces without displaying a valid permit to do so.
You're so wrong about that, Dave. I'm a parent-carer and my son, who is severely disabled is a member of the blue badge scheme. His blue badge is only ever used when he is present primarily because a large portion of the disabled bays are wider so his wheelchair can be brought alongside the car so I can get him out. I don't care that the bays are free; I'd gladly pay. My husband and I have never used his parking badge in his absence as we know how essential those bays are to disabled people and we would never deprive them of it. When our son is not with us, we park in a regular space.
