Poster's note: I live in an apartment complex that is quite large and theres several handicap parking spaces for the whole building but only 2 or 3 at each door. At my door there are 3 handicap spaces and one regular space and one loading only space right at the door, then the normal parking only a few feet away. For someone walking its not far at all. For someone handicap its a problem. I also have to first point out our parking spaces are just normal size parking spaces so its hard to get the wheelchair out of the car.
I come home last night to find a Doge Neon parked in the handicap space next to mine. The owner of the neon obviously planed to be visiting the person they had come to see for some time as they took the time to put the "club" on their stearing wheel. But they didn't take any time to put up a handicap plakard if they had one. I doubt they did as when they left in the morning, they had a warning ticket on their car. How do I know? Because as you can see, when I went to my car, the space was empty all except the ticket they had tossed away.
Its pretty clear that Mr.Neon just didn't care that they used a handicap space for their night visit to a friend.

The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said:
"If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.

I may not buy more in one go, but I guarantee you I spend as much, if not more, than the average punter does in a week.
