So, no matter how much we hate these arrogant ,selfish b**t**ds,there is no legal come back on them.From now on though I shall be taking my camera with me & posting on here.Name & Shame! The real factor to look for is "was there a blue badge prominently displayed". In this case, it's obvious there isn't. Mere possession of a parking placard is not sufficient, the permit MUST be displayed prominently.
