No blue badge and driver did not look at all disabled!

The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said:
"If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.

It's worth noting that one can't tell if someone has an impairment that warrants a blue badge just by looking at them. The real factor to look for is "was there a blue badge prominently displayed". In this case, it's obvious there isn't. Mere possession of a parking placard is not sufficient, the permit MUST be displayed prominently.
Just found this site today.Congratulations on the idea.My wife is a blue badge holder & we have come across this problem many times.However,I'm sure that i read somewhere that bays in shops etc are not enforceable because it is private land.
So, no matter how much we hate these arrogant ,selfish b**t**ds,there is no legal come back on them.From now on though I shall be taking my camera with me & posting on here.Name & Shame!

Go sign the petition at 10 Downing Street and take a ittle time to write to your MP Ask your friends and family to do the same. You never know it might change something!
