Very arrogant driver, pulled in and didn't park correctly, even though he had lots of room. Had family(?) with him, they all trouped into the shopping center, after driver stared down at a man in a mobility scooter right next to the park.
I asked a police officer in the store if they could do anything about it, he said yes they could, but he was busy waiting for a shop-lifter to come out.

The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said:
"If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.

I may not buy more in one go, but I guarantee you I spend as much, if not more, than the average punter does in a week.

By that i mean they have few issues pushing around large food carts.
Lying is a snowball effect 1nce tell 1 u have to keep tellin it its easier to tell the truth than it is to remember ya lies #CaughtYa lol

Then the cop would have arrested me instead!
I still look at all the South City disabled parking sites when I go there, very rarely catch anyone though.
