They are talking about us!

It is a slow start, yet it is a good start. The first mention (that we know of) about our site on another site. Smiffy introduces caughtya.org and says that "this blogger rather likes the idea". Thanks Smiffy. We also like the idea!

He also ponders:

Whether the inconsiderate type of person that actually does this would respond to (or even notice) being stigmatised for their actions remains to be seen

Valid comment. I think at first it's unlikely that they'd be aware of the site, much less that they would be appearing on it. But as the site gets better known, it might just make its way into people's mind. And parking violators might not care much, but perhaps pressure from familly, friends and colleagues might make a better impact. This is something that will get built over time.

The other "success factor" here is to be able track and gather enough data to be able to go to store owners, the police, the media, and legislators.!

The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said: "If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.
