Comment from the original poster: "This nut in a Merc parked in a disabled lot (the sign is covered by the car). And got summoned!!! The paper you see on his windscreen is the summons notice by Metro Parking. $103 for removal of wheel clamp - though, the photo contributor had not seen a clamp - perhaps Metro Parking was just trying to scare him. I say they should clamp all his four wheels and charge $103 for each clamp!"

The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said:
"If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.
