The taxi company was contacted and their general manager is going to look into it. He said:
"If you have any additional information on the date and time of this incident I would welcome the receipt of that so we can identify the driver concerned at the time and address the matter with them directly.

I may not buy more in one go, but I guarantee you I spend as much, if not more, than the average punter does in a week.

That car should have been towed to an impound lot or the air let out of all four tires to make a point to them. I've heard teenagers complain about a person exiting a car parked in a HC space not looking disabled enough to them and they went on and on to complain loudly in front of the person whom they did not know & had no clue what that person’s health issues are/were, both embarrassing themselves and everyone in ear shot.
Many people can walk just so far and no more on any given day even when they look fine, I know because I'm one of them. Some days are okay & I can walk for 20-30 minutes in a store & then other days I can only stand 5 min.’s & then I have to go wait in the car for my wife to finish shopping even though I have taken enough pain med’s to knock most adults out cold, so please give people a break especially when you really don't know their situation.
Mark, we've spoken about the issues surrounding the "invisible" disabilities here: http://caughtya.org/drive-by/2006/08/dont-throw-baby-out-with-the-bathwater.html We fully agree with you.
As for these particular hoons, they apparently made a point of parking there, that way, and were proud of being idiots.
